Please do check the garment measurements before ordering. For this shape we recommend concentrating on the under bust measurement and checking this is comfortable when you sit down and that you can easily pop this over your bust as this is a pop-over style dress.
Anesu, is a small size 8, and is wearing a S, but an XS would probably be best for her.
Poppy, is a size 16 and is wearing a L.
(To ensure the longevity of your garment, please wash inside out with similar colours at 30C on a gentle cycle, do not tumble dry, reshape whilst damp and iron on the reverse. Viscose is an afforable alternative to silk, we really do suggest washing it with the same amount of respect as you would do a silk dress. Our viscose has passed shrinkage tests with flying colours, but it's natural for it to seize up if washed too high, or if not reshaped whilst damp. Giving it a gentle steam or iron after washing will really help to relax those fibres. Please never tumble dry or place directly onto a radiator)

This is the first dress I’ve had in this shape and I love it. It is slightly shorter than the Meadow so perfect for every day - the sleeves are gorgeous too, the elastic is not too tight. So pleased - thank you. ☺️
Really like this dress, I bought the hollyhock dress in this new shape and I’m a total convert. I have 7 of the meadow dresses and I do love them but this is actually slightly easier to wear if you’re petite like me as it’s a slightly shorter length and had less skirt volume. Was worried not being empire it wouldn’t be flattering on curves but it absolutely is, skims over all the right bits. Also really like the extra coverage on the sleeves for work and with the dark base you can wear for summer on its own or with tights and boots in winter without looking out of place. Print is beautiful and a bit different to a floral. Only slight niggle is the depth of the V-neck, feel like these have got deeper between the original meadow dress and now, I wear an L but have small boobs and it does feel like the point of the V sits a tad lower than I’d ideally like it on some of my newer dresses so I do now wear a vest under them on occasion.
