We take care and time in packing your orders. Our delivery prices cover not just the postage fees, but also the packaging and cost of using Megan and the team to wrap, label and post your order.

UNITED KINGDOM

U.K Standard Delivery - £4.50 - Using Royal Mail 48 hour tracked

Express Delivery - £6.80 - Using DPD Next Day. Orders must be placed before 12pm, excludes Fridays and Weekend orders, where dispatch will be made the next working day.

INTERNATIONAL

All delivery charges are quoted at checkout based on your location, dimensions and weight of order*.

* Mutha.Hood is based in the U.K. If you live in a country where duty is payable on goods sent from the U.K, please note that this is not included within the cost of the item. Duties are the responsibility of the purchaser. As of 31.12.20, this sadly now also includes the EU and Ireland.

Returns & Exchanges

You do not need to notify us if you wish to return or exchange your item. Simply return all items within 28 days of your order being dispatched. The item must be unworn and in a sellable condition. Your refund will be processed within 7 working days of receipt of your parcel.

Sale Items
If you order your item in the sale, sadly we can't exchange your items, we will only be able to offer a refund or a gift voucher. This is in order to keep sale prices as low as possible. Returns for sale items must be registered via our portal within 14days of receipt of your goods, and items returns to us within a further 14days.
