Christmas Delivery Information

Last Order Date for Christmas Delivery

Royal Mail's cut-off for pre-Christmas delivery is the 19th December.

We will still dispatch orders made up until 12pm on Tuesday 23rd December. However, any order placed after midday on the 19th December may not reach you in time for Christmas.

Christmas Closure

Our warehouse team will enjoy a well deserved break over the festive period.  Any orders placed after midday on Tuesday 23rd December may not be dispatched until the 5th January. 

We are intending to pop in and dispatch orders on the 29th. 30th, and 2nd January to keep on top of orders. But we cannot guarantee your order will be dispatched until the 5th January.

Christmas Returns

We are offering an extended returns period over Christmas. Orders placed after 5th December can be returned by the 5th January.

DELIVERY

We aim to dispatch orders within 4 working days of receiving your wonderful order. During busy times, we make take a little longer.  This will include product launches and sales.

You will receive an email when your item has been wrapped and handed over to the postie. 

Please note that we sadly can't combine orders. We have employed a team of super fast Ninja-style packers which means we are rarely able to intercept parcels before they're wrapped up.  

Orders within the UK are sent via Royal Mail 48 hour tracked or Inpost Locker Collection, depending on your selection.

If you haven't received your order within their specified time frame of 3-4 working days, we ask that you allow an additional 4 working days before you get in touch with us, this just allows their service a little more time to catch up before we would consider your parcel lost.

For rest of world,  16 working days.

Please note that delays with customs processing within Australia, New Zealand and the U.S.A are not within our control. This may add additional time before delivery is successful.

Mutha.Hood is based in the U.K. If you live in a country where duty is payable on goods sent from the U.K, please note that this is not included within the cost of the item. i.e we do not charge you VAT at checkout, as we know you will be charged this on receipt of the goods.
