Returns & Exchanges
To make returns easier we have a new Returns Portal. You must notify us of your intention to return via the portal within 14 days of receipt of your order.
To create a return or exchange you will need your order number and delivery postcode. Please click HERE
You can choose to return via your own courier method using Self-Return. Or you can opt to use Royal Mail via our portal for a fee of £4 for packages up to 20kg which will be deducted from your processed return.
Please note that Self Return is the only option at the moment for International customers.
For exchanges, you will need to cover the cost to return the original order to us, but we will then happily send you a new size (of the same item) via free post.

I’m a size 16ish, bought XL. If I was being picky, I’d have a slightly snugger fit at the top and slightly wider at the hip. It’s very straight up and down. But zips up and I’m wearing it most days - keeps me lovely and warm and love the leopard. Big pockets are great. Only downside is that I have to say it’s pretty itchy - I’m I’m generally v tolerant of wool. So when I wear over a thin T I’m always itching a bit. Doesn’t make me want to return it as on balance it’s fab, but be aware if you’re v sensitive!
I bought this in leopard as soon as it dropped. I am between a size 16 to 18 and the size XL is the one I am keeping. If I was being particularly picky about the fit, I would prefer another cm or so around the hips and to have it a little more fitted under the arms. But I am a pear shape, so if you are straight up and down or Apple shape, you probably wouldn’t feel the same. I absolutely love the gilet; It is really cosy. And the leopard print is a great one. Be aware that the wool is a bit itchy around the neck if you are wearing it with a T-shirt and I am not very sensitive to itchy wool. It doesn’t bother me enough to want to return it though
