Returns & Exchanges

To make returns easier we have a new Returns Portal. You must notify us of your intention to return via the portal within 14 days of receipt of your order.

To create a return or exchange you will need your order number and delivery postcode. Please click HERE

You can choose to return via your own courier method using Self-Return. Or you can opt to use Royal Mail via our portal for a fee of £4 for packages up to 20kg which will be deducted from your processed return.

Please note that Self Return is the only option at the moment for International customers.

For exchanges, you will need to cover the cost to return the original order to us, but we will then happily send you a new size (of the same item) via free post.

They are perfect! I’ve hardly taken them off and none of my other trousers are as comfortable or versatile. I really want a pair of shorts next! For reference I’m usually a 16/18 and ordered an XL.

Absolutely LOVE these trousers

Not only is the design of these trousers so incredibly pretty, and unlike anything I've seen anywhere else, but the quality of the finish is so good that I don't think I have taken them off since they arrived. I'm a size 20 and the fit is perfect, bordering on the larger side, the length is perfect and they look amazing. I just love them. I shall be ordering from Muthahood again. And again. Thank you for seeing me and letting me be pretty!

Perfect

I’ve been after these for so long. Not my first Muthahood pair, but they are a considered purchase and wasn’t sure that I’d wear floral enough to justify it. As it happens they are so comfortable and such a good fit that I can’t imagine how I wouldn’t now!

Fun and comfy!

I love these pants! The style is relaxed and easy to wear. Fun yet still work appropriate! I’m in the US so the shipping was expensive and the wait was long, but so worth it. I popped the clothing tag into the back of my clear phone case as a daily reminder and mantra of my strength!

great print and fabric

Lovely trousers - worth every penny. I do slightly wish they were cut with less of a ‘pooch’ - they are too baggy in the hips/belly or too small in the waist. I have to roll the waistband down to keep me from looking fairly ridiculous. I am afraid if I get a smaller size that won’t help as the waist would just be too tight. But otherwise, much loved trousers I find myself reaching for every day.

I love these trousers so much - the print, the fit, the shape. I'm only 4ft 11 so had to shorten them which meant that I lost alot of the taper which I am a bit gutted about but that's no reflection on the trousers. They are great!

Peggy trouser floral

Love these. Wasn’t sure I could justify the cost but loved them so much I decided they were worth it. Several admiring ladies at a recent 80s gig thought so too and asked where I’d got them. I’m a 12 and ordered 12/14 - roomy but size down would have been too small. I am considering trying the other trouser style too.

Love them so much

I’ve got both sets of floral trousers as I love them so much and knew price per wear it would be worth it. I’ve worn them so many times, and get so many compliments.
I’m short- about 5ft 3 and have short legs so I do roll them up but I quite like that look. Would really recommend!

New favourites!

I didn't think I could love a pair of trousers more than the Ottie's but these are incredible! I like the tapered lower leg and have found the sizing to be similar to the Ottie style. I would say ever so slightly smaller around the hips but I wouldn't change size because of it. Can't wait for the gingham style!

Floral pantaloons of dreams

I absolutely LOVE these trousers. The fit is perfect. And the fabric is a dream. I’m a size 14 and wear a M (Get your tape measure out and trust the size guide). I will be buying the meadow fabric ones too when they come out. Definitely the trousers of my summer
