Baby Alpaca – Not actually taken from baby alpacas. It comes from the first shearing of young alpacas. It’s softer, finer, and warmer than regular alpaca or even merino wool. Soft, warm, and luxuriously smooth, baby alpaca gives this cardigan its premium feel. Lightweight yet insulating, it drapes beautifully and feels gentle against the skin. It's hypoallergenic so less likely to irritate skin compared to sheep wool.

Returns & Exchanges
To make returns easier we have a new Returns Portal. You must notify us of your intention to return via the portal within 14 days of receipt of your order.
To create a return or exchange you will need your order number and delivery postcode. Please click HERE
You can choose to return via your own courier method using Self-Return. Or you can opt to use Royal Mail via our portal for a fee of £4 for packages up to 20kg which will be deducted from your processed return.
Please note that Self Return is the only option at the moment for International customers.
For exchanges, you will need to cover the cost to return the original order to us, but we will then happily send you a new size (of the same item) via free post.
Sale Items
If you order your item in the sale, sadly we can't exchange your items, we will only be able to offer a refund or a gift voucher. This is in order to keep sale prices as low as possible.

I’m a size 14 and the L is a perfect slightly oversized fit- but not drowning me. The alpaca wool is so soft and cosy, but not sweaty (woman in peri here!)
Lovely cardigan - I don’t find it at all itchy on my skin, perfect to pop over a vest top when out early and waiting for it to warm up outside! Slightly stretchy so can get over my head without undoing buttons or wrecking my hair ⭐️ And so soft - my little girl just can’t stop stroking it when I have it on 😂

I really love the design, but you can’t wear it like a jumper because it’s too itchy. You have to wear something underneath, so overall it’s only suitable for cold days, as the material itself is quite warm.
But it’s too beautiful not to keep.
