Returns & Exchanges

To make returns easier we have a new Returns Portal. You must notify us of your intention to return via the portal within 14 days of receipt of your order.

To create a return or exchange you will need your order number and delivery postcode. Please click HERE

You can choose to return via your own courier method using Self-Return. Or you can opt to use Royal Mail via our portal for a fee of £4 for packages up to 20kg which will be deducted from your processed return.

Please note that Self Return is the only option at the moment for International customers.

For exchanges, you will need to cover the cost to return the original order to us, but we will then happily send you a new size (of the same item) via free post.

Tshirts are lush but stung for customs was the killer

Tshirts are fab quality, so soft and beautiful keyrings. The €28 customs fee at the door was the harder pill to swallow.

I'm so sorry to hear that. If you are outside the UK we don't charge Tax at checkout. This therefore means you've been charged tax on receipt but also duties. We are looking into how we can charge tax at checkout as I know this can feel like a nasty surprise on receipt!! We'll keep trying and hopefully be in a position where you'll come back to us and only duties will be applied upon receipt. Gemma x

I love it, really soft and cosy

I originally bought a child one of these for my 5yr old daughter but after receiving hers and seeing just how soft the cotton is, I had to order one for myself. It is a bit more than I would normally pay for a top but the quality is amazing. It is so soft and such a great fit.even for my ample frame. I look forward to wearing it with my mini me with pride (because we are part of the club).

I’ve wanted one of these for so long & I finally bought myself & my daughter to match. I’m a size 20 & bought XXL, fits lovely, not snug, but not baggy in places like some T-shirts are. Quality t-shirt, my new favourite!

Got a tshirt for myself and a matching one for my daughter. Super pleased. Well made, lovely substantial but soft material. I’m usually a 12 (5’4’’, 32GG) and an M fits perfectly - not too tight, not too loose and it’s long enough (which is often a difficult thing to come by)! We will definitely be buying more in future.

Lovely T-shirts! Really good quality and soft cotton and the red on pink looks amazing!
I ordered these as my daughter was born with a cleft palate and wore the baby grow for her first op! She has her second repair shortly and at 2.5 years old is the strongest girl I know!
I wanted to save it for surgery next week but as soon as she saw it she wanted to wear it! It’s her fave with the red and pink combo!
