If you're not quite sure whether superheroes really exist, look no further. This book showcases the incredible achievements on real-life people.
If you're children loved the Little People, Big Dreams series when they were small, or Goodnight Stories for Rebel Girls, this book would be the next for them to add to their growing collection.
A magnificent and aspiring array of people that your children are sure to find their hero.
I bought this book for my 8 year old daughter for Christmas. It’s a beautiful book and I think she will love it.
This book is a delight; informative, inspiring, hardback heirloom. But you can read a book review anywhere they sell this. I want to review the wonderful stock room packers at The Club. Each book I ordered, and there were quite a few, were individually wrapped in candy striped paper bags with a Club sticker holding the folding in place. Seriously, the attention to detail from these peeps is second to none. Thank you Megan for packing my parcel so beautifully that my 2 girls were beyond excited to open each gift I had bought for them. No ripping the paper off in a frenzied attack. Instead we now have a little pile of pink and white bags that are being used as mermaid houses, pretend sweetie bags, party hats and explorer kit holders. This Club rocks. What a joy to be part of it.
I bought these books (heroes and abc what Can I be) for my 4.5yr old daughter and my 18m old son. My daughter has been learning about people who help us this term at school and had made a comment about not being able to be a doctor because she wasn’t born as one. That made me a bit sad because she’s very caring and I think she would make an excellent doctor if that’s what she wants to be. Both books contain lots of different options that are not always so obvious to us, and also different types of people doing those roles. The packaging was beautiful too. I didn’t get them gift wrapped but they were beautifully wrapped in printed tissue which made them seem extra special.
