Returns & Exchanges

To make returns easier we have a new Returns Portal. You must notify us of your intention to return via the portal within 14 days of receipt of your order.

To create a return or exchange you will need your order number and delivery postcode. Please click HERE

You can choose to return via your own courier method using Self-Return. Or you can opt to use Royal Mail via our portal for a fee of £4 for packages up to 20kg which will be deducted from your processed return.

Please note that Self Return is the only option at the moment for International customers.

For exchanges, you will need to cover the cost to return the original order to us, but we will then happily send you a new size (of the same item) via free post.

Stunning skirt

Bought this in the l as as 16/18 waist and its so comfortable i have issues with waistbands cutting into me as i have quite a thick waist but this was a joy to wear and i felt amazing in it thank you gemma ❤️

Beautiful feel to the fabric and a lovely weight the underskirt is a good generous size (not tight as some underskirts can be!)
The whole skirt gives a really lovey look and a great drape over your body the elasticated waist is perfect
The detail and design I would say is spot on!
