This is a throw on dress that is designed to be relaxed, there is no side zip for this reason.
Gemma is a size 18 and is wearing a XL. As you can see this is still a lovely relaxed fit on her.

Measurements in cm from high shoulder point to hem, and around the bust 2.5cm from the underarm. The recommended sizes are based on U.K fits.

What a wonderful dress! I've waited a couple of months to write this review so that it is honest. The dress washes brilliantly - no shrinkage and the cotton looks all the more beautiful when worn-in. Love the green. Also love the sizing: I'm a UK8 and the XS is just the right amount of easy/oversized, but fitting in all the right places (such as shoulders). Well done Muthahood!
I wrote the title of this review in caps because I really, really love this dress, it is just so joyful, comfortable and practical to wear!
I've had compliments in this dress from teenagers (!!) and up and while obviously I rightly appreciate comfort and pockets in a garment, one of the biggest joys is that it fits me so beautifully I feel like twirling. The colour is gorgeous, it feels light and floaty (but also not flimsy) - I've worn this so much already this summer -luckily it washes like a dream. Yes, obviously I have bought one in a different colour. THANK YOU GEMMA!
For size reference I'm usually a 22 in dresses because both I and the girls like some breathing space and the XXL fits like a veritable dream.
