Returns & Exchanges
To make returns easier we have a new Returns Portal.
To create a return you will need your order number and delivery postcode. Please click HERE
You can choose to return via your own courier method using Self-Return. Or you can opt to use Royal Mail via our portal for a fee of £4 for packages up to 20kg which will be deducted from your processed return.
Please note that Self Return is the only option at the moment for International customers.

If you order your item in the sale, sadly we can't exchange your items, we will only be able to offer a refund or a gift voucher. This is in order to keep sale prices as low as possible.

I love these trousers so much I've barely taken them off. I've had health problems and put on a lot of weight, these trousers allow me to be comfortable whilst still looking fashionable. These trousers are so beautiful and are in the loveliest dark shade of leopard print. They will go with everything and I know I’m going to be wearing them a lot! I am a uk size 12 and bought the medium. They are so comfortable and don’t dig in at the waist at all. They are the perfect oversized fit and I feel amazing in them. I went for the long length as I’m 5ft 8.
