Returns & Exchanges

To make returns easier we have a new Returns Portal. You must notify us of your intention to return via the portal within 14 days of receipt of your order.

To create a return or exchange you will need your order number and delivery postcode. Please click HERE

You can choose to return via your own courier method using Self-Return. Or you can opt to use Royal Mail via our portal for a fee of £4 for packages up to 20kg which will be deducted from your processed return.

Please note that Self Return is the only option at the moment for International customers.

For exchanges, you will need to cover the cost to return the original order to us, but we will then happily send you a new size (of the same item) via free post.

My Ottie Dotties have pride of place in my wardrobe. They are THE most comfortable jeans ever and they give me a burst of dopamine every time I wear them.

Really enjoyed wearing them. Sizing is spot on- I'm size 16 and 5'11 so XL fits perfect on me. Would like it to be a little bit longer but that is not a major issue to me. Will definitely be back for more.

New favourite jeans!

I’ve hardly taken my Ottie Herringbone Jeans off since they arrived – they are that comfortable. The elasticated waist is honestly genius, making them super easy to wear all day without ever feeling restricted. The wash is really lovely too, and the subtle herringbone stripe detail gives them something a bit special. An effortless, flattering fit and such great quality. I’m already tempted to get a second pair!

I went with the 2xl as I usually wear a 20 in bottoms and dungarees. The fit is great, very comfy and loads of leg room especially when your sitting down. I'm 5 4" and did have to take these up and inch as I only ever wear trainers and didn't want them dragging on the floor. They washed really well too so although they are pricey I would say worth the money and they feel like they will last

I usually don't wear jeans but these are so comfy! Great for those with a long torso and so easy to wear. I'm 5ft 7 and they are full length on me (reg size small).

Gorgeous fabric, so comfy, getting compliments already

This fabric is so soft and slightly lighter weight than another Ottie denim pair I got. The stripes are perfect and my husband was immediately in awe of the stripe and the fit, and the way they drape. Wardrobe staple status achieved!

I already have a pair of linen trousers from Mutha Hood and couldn't resist these when I saw they were on sale. The fabric is soft and really lovely and the fit is great - probably the best fitting pair of jeans I've ever had - and they're so comfy!

Cool trousers

Great trousers in a lighter weight denim. Lovely on, nice and wide in the legs and imagine I will wear them loads! I think I was slightly between sizes as a 12 who has quite narrow hips (I kept the M but they tend to gather a bit over the tummy, especially when sitting, though imagine this will be better as they soften. Tried the S and they fit fine but looked a wee bit shorter and bit quite as comfy. Wish there was a 10-12!) . Feel like good quality and like the elastic waist will keep it's shape well.
