Christmas Ordering

We've already cracked open our first tin of Celebrations, tested our first of many mince pies, and we're ready for what we consider to be the most magical time of the year. 

Things will be hectic, so we thought it best to jot a few important notes about what this means for you.

What is your Christmas return policy?

We know that some of you like to start early, and actually we expect the postal service to be under considerable strain this year given the number of Industrial Action dates expected, so we salute you for stocking up on your gifting goodies. Our standard return policy is 28 days from order dispatch, but we are happy to extend this for orders placed from 1st November, with returns needing to reach us by 15th January at the latest.  You can read about how to return or exchange your item (here) 

What's your final posting date?

If you're in the UK, for guaranteed pre-Christmas delivery we would say Tuesday 20th December before 12pm is our cut off.

We will be upgrading all orders placed over the weekend up until 2pm Tuesday 22nd December to First Class (without further charge to you) to try and help any last minute gift givers. But we cannot guarantee that they will arrive in time.

For Australia the last posting date in 1st December.

For America and other regions 7th December.

For Europe 12th December.

We would honestly say that the earlier you Christmas shop this year, the better. 

Will you close over Christmas?

We are going to give Megan and the warehouse elves as much chocolate as we can to keep them going, but all elves need a break! Although the website will still be open for orders we will not be shipping any out between 24th December to 28th December, or between Thursday 31st December and 3rd January. 

Do you offer gift wrapping?

We are very proud to offer gift wrapping as standard using our branding tissue paper or branded paper bags to wrap your order in. We also add in a postcard for you to use as you wish.

Do you show the prices on your packing slips?

We do not. We have to add packing slips to all orders to show the order details, but we promise that these do not have the prices visible on them.

Is your postal packaging branded?

We really don't want to ruin any surprises! Our packaging is not branded. However, a few things to bear in mind; The shipping label has a small area for the return address to sit. This is in case the parcel gets lost in transit. On here is our return address which includes our business name. Also, we use eco friendly sugar cane mailing bags as our main postal packaging. If you live with someone who has ordered from us before, and who likes to inspect parcels as they are handed over by the Postie, they may well be able to see a hint of our branded tissue paper through the polybag. We also use a pink tape to secure parcels that does not have our logo on it, but it does state the phrase 'You are The Club' which many club members know.

Can I add a gift note?

We would love that! Nothing makes us happier than writing out your messages to each other. To save Megan's wrists we would suggest 'short and sweet' as the best type of message. Just leave your message under your shopping cart total, but please bear in mind that if you add this and then choose to check out with Apple Pay or Paypal Express the system won't pass on your thoughtful words to Megan, so please don't choose these payment methods.
