We take care and time in packing your orders. Our delivery prices cover not just the postage fees, but also the packaging and cost of the team to wrap, label and post your order.

All delivery charges are quoted at checkout based on your location, dimensions and weight of order*.
* Mutha.Hood is based in the U.K. If you live in a country where duty is payable on goods sent from the U.K, please note that this is not included within the cost of the item i.e we do not charge you VAT at checkout, as we know you will be charged this on receipt of the goods. Duties are the responsibility of the purchaser. As of 31.12.20, this sadly now also includes the EU and Ireland.
* For US orders taxes are collected at checkout to ensure you are not overcharged at delivery.
Returns & Exchanges
To make returns easier we have a new Returns Portal. You must notify us of your intention to return via the portal within 14 days of receipt of your order.
To create a return or exchange you will need your order number and delivery postcode. Please click HERE
You can choose to return via your own courier method using Self-Return. Or you can opt to use Royal Mail via our portal for a fee of £4 for packages up to 20kg which will be deducted from your processed return.
Please note that Self Return is the only option at the moment for International customers.
For exchanges, you will need to cover the cost to return the original order to us, but we will then happily send you a new size (of the same item) via free post.
Sale Items
If you order your item in the sale, sadly we can't exchange your items, we will only be able to offer a refund or a gift voucher. This is in order to keep sale prices as low as possible.

I absolutely adore this wildflower gilet, it’s true to size and I get so many compliments on it and I love that it’s reversible!
I was sceptical about ordering this as I saw the reviews weren't 100%, but after buying the waistcoat, I loved it. It's such good quality, and the pattern is so pretty. I am big busted, and the fit is good. It fits over my shoulders, and the length is good.
This gilet is beautiful and so well made. The patterned side is stunning and the plain navy is a classic option. This is on the thinner side for a gilet but that’s not a problem as you can then layer with ease without looking bulky.
The fit wasn’t right for me - I’m well endowed with a 34H bust and narrow shoulders. As a result the gilet didn’t sit right on me. For reference I had a size 16 and it tied up easily but the shaping plus my large bust just didn’t work sadly.
