Delivery

We take care and time in packing your orders. Our delivery prices cover not just the postage fees, but also the packaging and cost of the team to wrap, label and post your order.

UNITED KINGDOM

  • U.K Standard Delivery - £4.50 - Using Royal Mail 48 hour tracked
  • U.K Locker Collection - £4.75 - Using InPost locker collection service. Location to be selected after checkout, otherwise closest locker to address will be selected.

INTERNATIONAL

All delivery charges are quoted at checkout based on your location, dimensions and weight of order*.

* Mutha.Hood is based in the U.K. If you live in a country where duty is payable on goods sent from the U.K, please note that this is not included within the cost of the item i.e we do not charge you VAT at checkout, as we know you will be charged this on receipt of the goods. Duties are the responsibility of the purchaser. As of 31.12.20, this sadly now also includes the EU and Ireland.

* For US orders taxes are collected at checkout to ensure you are not overcharged at delivery.

Returns & Exchanges

To make returns easier we have a new Returns Portal. You must notify us of your intention to return via the portal within 14 days of receipt of your order.

To create a return or exchange you will need your order number and delivery postcode. Please click HERE

You can choose to return via your own courier method using Self-Return. Or you can opt to use Royal Mail via our portal for a fee of £4 for packages up to 20kg which will be deducted from your processed return.

Please note that Self Return is the only option at the moment for International customers. 

For exchanges, you will need to cover the cost to return the original order to us, but we will then happily send you a new size (of the same item) via free post.

Sale Items

If you order your item in the sale, sadly we can't exchange your items, we will only be able to offer a refund or a gift voucher. This is in order to keep sale prices as low as possible.

Reminder to all little girls they are strong girls who will become strong women one day

This was a present for a young girl for her birthday because I wear a mental health jacket sometimes carrying the slogan - everyone you meet is fighting a battle you know nothing about . Be kind .
The best time for a child to feel confidence is when they are young and learn these principles from the earliest age . All children should feel strong and resilient and I know that this little key ring was very well recieved . I know the girl who recieved said she would be kind resilient but also unafraid to challenge situations if something isn’t right and not let an adult make her feel she is too young to understand .

I got the key ring for a headteacher gift, a head teacher who is 100% in the club and probably through the nightmare that is the school system needs reminding of how wonderful she is so this was perfection and I hope it will help to remind her each day as it dangles from her keys what she means to so many. Perfect Strong Girls Club keyring

I bought this as a Christmas present for my daughter. She will be going to secondary school later this year so I wanted her to have something special to put her door keys on (she will be walking home alone for the first time) and to remind her on the transition that she is part of The Club. Great Message!

I've been a member of the club for a few years now and was so excited to see the new addition in the form of a keyring. I ordered it immediately!
