Returns & Exchanges

To make returns easier we have a new Returns Portal. You must notify us of your intention to return via the portal within 14 days of receipt of your order.

To create a return or exchange you will need your order number and delivery postcode. Please click HERE

You can choose to return via your own courier method using Self-Return. Or you can opt to use Royal Mail via our portal for a fee of £4 for packages up to 20kg which will be deducted from your processed return.

Please note that Self Return is the only option at the moment for International customers.

For exchanges, you will need to cover the cost to return the original order to us, but we will then happily send you a new size (of the same item) via free post.

If you order your item in the sale, sadly we can't exchange your items, we will only be able to offer a refund or a gift voucher. This is in order to keep sale prices as low as possible.

Most comfy, flattering and easy to style pants I own!

Best trousers ever!

I hate buying trousers. Have to try on 20 pairs to find one that’s acceptable. Then never wear them as they’re not quite right. But these? Perfect in every way. I’ll be buying them in other colours too as they tick all my boxes. Fitted but roomy. Pockets that don’t add bulk. Rolled up or left down. One happy happy customer here!

Material is delightful. Fit is larger/longer than expected (which surprised me) Nice deep pockets (wish they were leopard lined all the way please…!)

Love these trousers! Perfect for keeping cool but covered up and super comfy. I’m between sizes so went for the smaller option and am happy with my choice as they’re so stretchy and roomy. My only criticism is I wish they were an inch shorter on me but that’s an easy fix

Gorgeous and easy to wear

Love these trousers. So light and easy to wear. Elasticated waist makes them incredibly comfortable. Big, deep pockets. I’m a solid size 16 on the bottom, 5ft 7, and found the Large to be a good fit. I’ll be buying more pairs!
