* Mutha.Hood is based in the U.K. If you live in a country where duty is payable on goods sent from the U.K, please note that this is not included within the cost of the item i.e we do not charge you VAT at checkout, as we know you will be charged this on receipt of the goods. Duties are the responsibility of the purchaser. As of 31.12.20, this sadly now also includes the EU and Ireland.

Returns & Exchanges
To make returns easier we have a new Returns Portal. You must notify us of your intention to return via the portal within 14 days of receipt of your order.
To create a return or exchange you will need your order number and delivery postcode. Please click HERE
You can choose to return via your own courier method using Self-Return. Or you can opt to use Royal Mail via our portal for a fee of £4 for packages up to 20kg which will be deducted from your processed return.
Please note that Self Return is the only option at the moment for International customers.
For exchanges, you will need to cover the cost to return the original order to us, but we will then happily send you a new size (of the same item) via free post.
Sale Items
If you order your item in the sale, sadly we can't exchange your items, we will only be able to offer a refund or a gift voucher. This is in order to keep sale prices as low as possible.
I absolutely love this top - have worn it loads since receiving - it looks great with a denim skirt or black linen trousers.can be dressed up or down. I’ve knocked a mark off as the linen isn’t as soft as I’d like even after quite a few washes.
I so wanted to love this too and the matching trousers but unfortunately the fit was weird on both. The top does not fit like on the photo where the model is holding it to a more fitted shape. The actual top flares out weirdly and doesn’t look good. The fabric was also quite stiff and scratchy and nowhere near the quality you get from similar brands. I wonder if everyone else is just swayed by the hype or if I got a dodgy set… I spent £8 on delivery and return postage for literally nothing. The returns portal was also a pain and I had to try it several times before it went through
I'm really sorry to see that you're disappointed with the fit of the item.
I'm not sure if you followed the advice to size down at all, but we also do mention in the product description that this item is a swing shape, which would mean it flares at the hem.
In terms of the fabric we've sourced, and pay, for a premium linen/cotton mix. Linen by its nature is a little harder in handfeel than 100% cotton and we can look to offering 100% cotton going forward for customers who prefer more of a drape.
