Returns & Exchanges

To make returns easier we have a new Returns Portal. You must notify us of your intention to return via the portal within 14 days of receipt of your order.

To create a return or exchange you will need your order number and delivery postcode. Please click HERE

You can choose to return via your own courier method using Self-Return. Or you can opt to use Royal Mail via our portal for a fee of £4 for packages up to 20kg which will be deducted from your processed return.

Please note that Self Return is the only option at the moment for International customers.

For exchanges, you will need to cover the cost to return the original order to us, but we will then happily send you a new size (of the same item) via free post.

My Ottie Dotties have pride of place in my wardrobe. They are THE most comfortable jeans ever and they give me a burst of dopamine every time I wear them.

Really enjoyed wearing them. Sizing is spot on- I'm size 16 and 5'11 so XL fits perfect on me. Would like it to be a little bit longer but that is not a major issue to me. Will definitely be back for more.

I’ve hardly taken my Ottie Herringbone Jeans off since they arrived – they are that comfortable. The elasticated waist is honestly genius, making them super easy to wear all day without ever feeling restricted. The wash is really lovely too, and the subtle herringbone stripe detail gives them something a bit special. An effortless, flattering fit and such great quality. I’m already tempted to get a second pair!

I went with the 2xl as I usually wear a 20 in bottoms and dungarees. The fit is great, very comfy and loads of leg room especially when your sitting down. I'm 5 4" and did have to take these up and inch as I only ever wear trainers and didn't want them dragging on the floor. They washed really well too so although they are pricey I would say worth the money and they feel like they will last

I usually don't wear jeans but these are so comfy! Great for those with a long torso and so easy to wear. I'm 5ft 7 and they are full length on me (reg size small).

I’m now on my third pair of Otties and I absolutely love them.

They’re genuinely the most comfortable jeans I’ve found. The elasticated waistband makes them so easy to wear, but you’d never know it was elasticated from looking at them.

The barrel shape is just right — relaxed without having masses of excess fabric, and with enough room through the hips that they don’t pull or feel restrictive like some barrel-leg jeans can.

They’re comfortable, flattering and incredibly easy to style. I’ve clearly found my perfect jeans!

I love the Ottie denim trousers, this is my 3rd pair. I think the dark rinse might be my favourite. Lovely quality of denim. I love a mid to darker shade of denim year round so the dark rinse is perfect for me, especially for autumn/winter and I can wear them to work 😊 I maybe could have sized down but like them a bit looser. The stripe ones I got as my first pair are completely different in fit (longer length and the crotch is much longer and sits awkwardly) compared to this dark rinse and newer version of the leopard print pair 🤷🏻‍♀️ the dark rinse and leopard print are a much better fit, please don’t change the sizing too drastically if you make the change to single sizes.

Obsessed with these pants! (trousers, sorry - I'm Aussie! 😂) Soooo comfortable, the denim is super soft and the elastic waist is the perfect combo of firm and forgiving. They have a nice weight without being heavy or too light - will be able to wear them year-round here! Wearing them right now, I've barely taken them off since they arrived!
